Brushing and Flossing

 

Routine dental check-ups and cleanings are an essential part of overall health. We want to help you keep your smile healthy by giving you the proper tools and techniques.

We all know that brushing and flossing are a part of our daily routine. But did you know that you should brush 2 times per day, spending a minimum of 2 minutes each time. Also cleaning in between your teeth at least once a day is very important. Floss is recommended but other types of interdental tools are great too!
